As part of the People and Culture Team at ECU, this project based role will have a focus on our City Campus program, but also support our broader People and Culture related workforce planning and analytic requirements. This role will support the talent and potential of our staff to ensure an excellent employee experience, this role will provide analysis and trends to help inform the future state of ECU staff profile and review our peoples skills and capabilities and identify gaps that need to be filled.

We are looking for applicants who have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound reasoning and innovative thinking to develop new solutions and efficiencies. Experience with HR/P&C and workforce and/or business planning background plus HRIS or system experience working with databased is desirable.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
Enable and support ECU Leaders to undertake workforce planning using data and analytics that support creating an exceptional employee experience, contemporary workforce and developing opportunities for new ways of working

Ensure the development of workforce and analytical tools to assist insights and data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including P&C, HRIS data administrators and other central reporting teams regarding coordination, preparation and delivery of workforce data including QA, formatting and interpretation

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, 3 year fixed term contract position attracts remuneration of $106,877-$120,376 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
